Some blends contain caffeine while others are entirely herbal. Individual product listings include ingredient details and caffeine information whenever applicable.

Each blend includes its own recommended steeping ritual, including temperature, timing, and serving suggestions to help you achieve the intended experience.

Local pickup and event availability may be offered periodically depending on markets, popups, and future Noir Tea Room events. Updates will be announced through Noir’s social channels and website.

☽ How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Tracking information is automatically sent once your ritual has shipped.

✧ Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of consumable goods, tea and botanical products are considered final sale. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Noir within 7 days of delivery so we may make it right.
