Refund policy

Due to the nature of consumable goods, all tea, sugar, and apothecary sales are considered final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact Noir within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we may make it right.

Noir Tea Room reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on opened consumable products for health and safety reasons.
